Terms of Service

These terms describe the basis for working with David Professional Services. A written service agreement or accepted quote confirms the details of each project before work begins.

Services and project scope

Services include résumé writing and cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, executive documents, portfolio design, website design, presentation design or animated PowerPoint videos, and professional photo editing or creative photo design. The agreed service terms identify the deliverables, price and currency, delivery schedule, client responsibilities, revision allowance, and cancellation/refund arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid booking.

Accurate information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate career information and reviewing drafts for factual accuracy before use. Qualifications, employment history, achievements, and references must not be fabricated. Clients should supply only material they have permission to share.

Starting prices and exclusions

Published prices are starting prices in USD. Final pricing depends on agreed scope and, for executive documents, document type and complexity. Domain registration, hosting, and premium plugins or templates are excluded unless separately quoted. Optional presentation extras are quoted separately.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery time and revisions depend on the agreed scope and receipt of necessary information and feedback. Any change to scope, fee, or schedule should be agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the service terms agreed before the project starts, the work completed, and any rights that apply by law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Confidentiality and use of work

Client materials will be treated confidentially as described in the Privacy Policy. Résumés will not be publicly displayed without permission. Final deliverables, permitted use, and any transfer of rights should be confirmed in the agreed service terms. Portfolio samples are for reviewing the service, not for presenting someone else’s career history as your own.

No guaranteed outcome

Employment, interviews, recruiter responses, salary increases, and other outcomes are not guaranteed. Career support does not control employer decisions or provide job placement.

Payments and questions

Cryptocurrency payment arrangements must be agreed directly as part of the service terms. Request the correct wallet address, cryptocurrency, network, and amount before sending funds. This website does not process transactions. Bank / USD receiving-account details are not currently offered. For questions, use the contact section.
