DAVID PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Privacy Policy
David Professional Services treats client documents and personal information confidentially. This notice explains the current website and the approach to information shared for career services.
Information and purpose
If you contact David, you may share your name, email address, career goals, employment history, education, and résumé. These details are used to respond to your enquiry, agree the work, and deliver the requested service. Please omit identity documents, bank information, and sensitive details that are not needed for the work.
Enquiries by email or WhatsApp
The enquiry fields help prepare a message for WhatsApp or your email app. Completing the fields does not submit any information to our website or to a form-processing service. When you choose a channel, that service opens a prepared message, which you must review and send yourself.
If you send an enquiry, the messaging or email provider you choose processes that message under its own privacy terms. Please only send information needed for a first enquiry; do not include sensitive documents, passwords or payment credentials.
Confidentiality and portfolio permission
Client documents will not be sold or publicly displayed without permission. Any use of a résumé as a portfolio sample requires the owner’s permission and agreed anonymization. The portfolio contains supplied anonymized samples; it does not make their experience or qualifications David’s own.
Access, providers, and retention
Information you choose to send directly by WhatsApp or email is used to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to carry out your agreed project. The site is hosted by Netlify, and the external media player uses Cloudinary video URLs. Retention of messages and project documents depends on the agreed scope and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact David if you have a data request.
Website data and external services
The website itself uses no analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, or browser storage. The external form service may apply its own security and cookie practices as described in its policy. Fonts and résumé previews are served with the site. A hosting service may keep technical access logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages; its practices must be reflected here before public launch. Email and WhatsApp are separate services with their own privacy practices when you choose to use them.
Your questions and choices
You may ask about access, corrections, deletion, or use of information you share. Available rights and any lawful retention obligations depend on applicable law. Use the contact section for privacy requests through WhatsApp. You may also email davidprofessional.servicess@gmail.com.
